\n-Glass (mirrors and showers) as clean as possible (spots can show up in photos)

\n-Pet houses, feeders, toy, etc put away

\n-Make sure light bulbs are working and Same colour bulbs are recommended throughout.
\n-Turn off all fans
\n-For twilights, make sure all exterior lighting is functional prior to shoot.
